When life throws you a curveball you gotta make some lemonade, right?
2019 was quite an eventful year that ended with what could have been a career ending/changing injury. BUT, we made some lemonade.
I'm incredibly excited to announce that I am opening Move First - Performance Chiropractic. My approach to Chiropractic, injuries, and rehab has a heavy focus on movement optimization and education.
What's movement optimization you ask?
It starts with gathering information about your ranges of motion, strength, and endurance. With that information we can have a better understanding of why someone moves the way they do, and what changes we can make (to the movement, the range of motion capacities, or strength capacities) that will allow you to keep moving well for many years to come.
